Because these products are not dietary supplements or intended for human consumption, they are not regulated by the FDA in the same way ingestible products are—and expiration dates are not required.

Here’s Why You Won’t See Expiration Dates on Our Products:

  1. Not for Human Consumption- Our products are clearly labeled “For Research Use Only.” They are not dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals, and therefore do not require expiration labeling under FDA guidelines.
  2. No FDA Requirement- The FDA does not require expiration dates on research-use-only products, which is why you won't see one printed on our packaging.
  3. Long-Term Stability- When properly stored, our products remain stable for several years. However, proper storage conditions are critical. We strongly recommend keeping products temperature controlled (cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight) to maintain their full integrity over time.
  4. Strict Storage Protocols- At our facility, we follow lab-grade storage practices including climate control and inventory rotation (FIFO) to ensure freshness and product quality with every shipment.
  5. Lot Numbers for Tracking- Each product includes a lot number for quality assurance and traceability, which helps both us and our customers maintain research accuracy.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

Order Issues

Lost packages

At Freedom Research, we’re all about ensuring your order gets to you safe and sound. But if your package decides to take a detour, don’t worry – we’re here to help! If it looks like your order is lost in transit, just reach out to our friendly customer support team at +1 (888) 306-1478 or shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and any details you have.

If your package has been marked as "Lost in Transit" for 10 days, we'll happily send out a replacement – on us! Please note, we do have to wait for that 10-day window per the carrier’s rules before we can reship.

We ship all orders on time, but sometimes the unexpected happens. Thanks for your patience, and rest assured, we’re here to make things right! 


Damaged packages

We know how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged package, and we're here to make it right! Be sure to include photos of the damaged items or packaging.
Once we review your documentation, we’ll take swift action to either replace the damaged items or provide a solution that works best for you.
